Ministry

We believe in ministering to the people God sends to us, and our primary mission is to our family. We are teaching our kids to love the Lord with all their heart and to support each other as family. We choose to serve God and follow His word. We make this choice for who He is and who He has called us to be.

One of our guiding beliefs is that if you do God’s work, he will bless that work. We also believe that God’s work is not about what we are able to acquire in life, but how we are able to show God’s love and purpose to those around us.  We’ve enjoyed another year full of God’s promises and blessings.  He continues to show Himself in our everyday lives as well as those we minister to weekly.

With the support from our customers, donors, and business partners, we were able to continue providing ground beef and breakfast sausage to about 20 local families in 2023 that we’ve grown to love.  God has honored our commitment to these local families by providing just over a ton of fresh produce from our garden as well.  In addition to this year-round support through groceries and weekly visits, we were able to provide money for each family to purchase a Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey.

The blessings that we have received from being able to talk and share with these wonderful families have far exceeded our expectations. Each week we exchange prayers as they’ve become an extension of our family.  We are so very grateful and in awe of this opportunity that God has given us.

If you have a prayer request and want us to pray for you, please contact us. We welcome your prayers as well. This is a way to bring our families together. If you are anxious or fearful in these uncertain times, we want to encourage your heart to stay the course. God has a plan and purpose for you. He will work His plan in all of us. You are not alone.

Jesus is the head of His church and all true believers from His body. In Matthew 18:20, Jesus said, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” So even if you feel alone at times, there are more than two of us, so together in prayer or presence, He is with us.

If you’d like to receive our free daily verse phone calls, contact us, so we can add you to the list.  People that are homebound are especially appreciative of these calls, and if you’re unable to answer, we’ll leave a message.  You can also listen to them on our YouTube channel.

Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Luke 6:38
