Never know how much cinnamon and sugar to add to cinnamon rolls, the top of your cobber, cinnamon toast, etc.?  Well, this is a pretty good mixture to keep on hand so that you don’t have to guess as much.

 

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¾ cup sugar

 

Instructions
  • In a sealable container that you want to store this mixture, pour half the sugar, all the cinnamon, then the remaining sugar. (It’s not a big deal, but this may make it mix easier.)
  • Seal and shake until evenly distributed.
  • Store in cabinet with other spices.
