We had a wonderful 4th of July. The kids love the fireworks at the farm; it brings back memories. Looking forward I really get concerned. We are facing a greater threat to our country’s independence since World War II. Our country is in serious trouble. There is no United States. There are divided people that are tearing the very fabric of our nation apart. It’s not coming. It is here . . . an un-civil war. It is not change, but destruction.

Any political system that is not based on morals becomes immoral. Any civilization not based on “love thy neighbor as thyself”, is corrupt and destined to destruct. There is a rock that we need to build on – not Plymouth Rock, but “Jesus, the Rock”.

The disciples of Jesus are primarily responsible for the poor and needy, the broken hearted, the hurt, the hungry – not the government. We need to rally around the cross where there is no race, no color, no fear – where everyone is truly my brother.

We are not free, because we have abandoned truth. There is no left-wing truth, no right-wing truth; there is only God’s truth . . . the truth, Jesus Christ. If you care about your country, your family, your friends, your tribe, first be a disciple of Jesus. Next, listen and follow only the Word, not man. Finally, pray for purpose – the purpose to act. Act to pray for God’s wisdom to take action.

We have until the elections, then everything will explode, implode, and dissolve into chaos. Stop wishing for a miracle that puts everything back like it was. Pray. Pray for wisdom and prudence to protect you and your loved ones.

Sorry not to be homespun, but like the prophets have said, when you live Godless as a nation you can expect tribulations.

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, if ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples; indeed, and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, we be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, verily, verily, I say unto you, whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” – John 8:31-36

May God bless you. Let us know how we can pray for you, and pray for us.
