When making corn fritters, Nana came across this aioli to compliment them. It was delicious with the corn and jalapeno fritters, and I’m sure we’ll use it with many other dishes.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- salt to taste
- Mix ingredients except salt until silky smooth and serve with jalapeno corn fritters or your dish of choice.
- Salt to taste.
