This chicken recipe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious right off the grill. It is also great served with alfredo sauce and pasta. For best flavor, allow time to marinade overnight.

  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons powdered mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Place chicken breasts in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over chicken. Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge.
  • The next day, grill chicken over hot coals for about 8 minutes on each side. This is great served with alfredo sauce and pasta.
