This recipe combines Pa’s impeccable grilling skills with Nana’s eye for detail in the kitchen.  As you notice the light crunch and taste the smoke flavor from the grill, you realize that Nana’s added a touch of sweetness to the chicken.  It is a treat with each bite.  This chicken recipe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious right off the grill, and Nana likes to serve it with her chicken recipe with orange marmalade sauce or her homemade alfredo sauce.  Of course, you can always add rice or pasta.
