We have had some of the hamburger meat and some of the steaks, and it is really good. The sausage and bacon are very good as well.

We got a quarter of a beef, and the meat is wonderful! We had some short ribs, and they were wonderful. T-bones are wonderful! That is an 8×8 dish.

Great quality beef from Sanctuary [Family] Farms! I cooked a roast last night, and it was delicious!! Very tender and a great flavor!

We bought 1/2 beef from Sanctuary [Family] Farms and we LOVE it! So far we have tried the hamburger meat, T-bone steaks and a roast. So good. So lean. The best we have ever had. And dealing with Kati made it extra special when I picked up the meat. We will definitely buy from them every time.

Turned out extra tasty! Good beef flavor with a touch of salt, olive oil, pepper, and garlic. . . no BBQ sauce required.

I will say the ground beef was a higher quality and noticeable. I really didn’t think I would notice ground beef, but we did. Hope to get into some steaks this weekend.

I just bought a cow from Sanctuary [Family] Farms two months ago. This was the best quality meat we have ever eaten. Steaks were tender, and the hamburger meat was better than any I have ever had from the grocery store.
