We eat this a lot in the summer, and no one complains. It is a simple and delicious way to use our vine-ripened cucumbers.



  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • one small onion


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Slice cucumbers and onion, then put into a bowl.
  • To create dressing, in a separate bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, and dried dill weed. Then stir well.
  • Combine cucumbers, onions, and dressing.

Serve and enjoy!
