YUM!! Does it seem overwhelming to turn fresh pork chops into a mouthwatering main dish? This is a simple and delicious recipe that your whole family will love thanks to Nana.

 

Ingredients
  • *5 pork chops
  • ½ stick butter (4 tablespoons)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

*Nana uses the less expensive cuts. They aren’t as dry when cooked.

Instructions
  • Trim fat and bones from pork chops.
  • Line a pan, with one-inch sides, with foil. Place melted butter in pan.
  • Mix eggs and milk.
  • In another bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and cheese.
  • Salt and pepper pork chops. Dip them in egg and milk mixture then dredge pork chops in corn flake and cheese mixture. Place in the pan with melted butter.
  • Bake in a preheated 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 20-30 minutes until chops are done and breading is crunchy.
