One day we were all buzzing around the kitchen making fresh pesto and shucking corn from the garden, and someone said, “Hey, why not put pesto in the butter for the corn?” Nana experimented a bit and came up with this simple yet luscious spread. Not only is it great on corn, but you can spread it on French bread before you toast it. Yum!
- 1 stick of softened butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons of basil pesto
- Place butter in a bowl.
- Mix in pesto.
